Biography

Ericka McCrutcheon has spent more than 35 years living, working, and serving in Houston and Harris County. She is the owner and President of The Dunamis Group, LLC, and has built a career across airline management, insurance and retirement planning, and real estate.

She currently serves as a Director on the Harris Central Appraisal District Board, where she chairs the Evaluation Committee, and has served as a member of the Appraisal Review Board.

Outside of her professional work, she serves as President of the Kirkwood Civic Club, holds leadership roles in her church, and is an ordained minister through Rhema Ministerial Association International.
